What you can do without internet

Add tasks, edit their titles, move them between Now, Soon, and Anytime, reorder them, and mark them complete. These everyday actions use the task data stored on your phone. You do not have to sign in before getting back to your list.

That makes the same simple routine available on a train, in airplane mode, or whenever you would rather put your connection aside: choose a task, work on it, then decide what comes next.

A smaller list wherever you are

Now holds up to three active tasks. Soon keeps upcoming work nearby, and Anytime holds tasks or ideas that do not need your attention yet. The three-task limit applies to your current focus, not to how much you can finish in a day.

No account and no automatic cloud sync

Rymlo does not send your task content to a Rymlo task server. You do not need a Rymlo username or password. Your tasks are local to the iPhone where you use the app.

This also means your list does not automatically appear on another device. If you want a shared list or automatic synchronization between a phone and computer, choose a tool built for that workflow. Read the privacy policy for the details of local storage, purchases, website visits, and support.

Keep a backup you control

In Settings, use Export backup to create a JSON backup and choose where to save it through the iOS share sheet. If you select an online destination, that service may need a connection. Rymlo does not automatically upload the backup for you.

Use Import backup to restore a compatible Rymlo file. Importing replaces the tasks currently stored in the app, so export anything you want to keep first. Deleting the app removes its local task database; Rymlo support cannot retrieve tasks from a server.

When an internet connection is needed

Downloading Rymlo, buying the one-time Lifetime Unlock, and restoring an App Store purchase require a connection. Offline task management does not make the seven-day trial unlimited or replace the purchase needed for continued access.
