These terms apply when you download or use Rymlo. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

The service

Rymlo is a local task app for iPhone. It is provided without an account, cloud sync, collaboration service, or web backend. You are responsible for your device and for any backups you choose to export.

Trial and purchase

All features are available for seven days after starting the free trial through the App Store. The trial does not create a subscription and does not charge automatically. Continued access afterward requires a one-time €3.99 Lifetime Unlock, subject to the price displayed by Apple in your region. Purchases and restoration are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

You may use Rymlo for personal or professional task management. You may not attempt to disrupt the app, misuse App Store purchasing, or redistribute the app in violation of applicable law or Apple’s terms.

Availability

Rymlo is provided as available. We aim to keep it reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or future iOS version. Features may change when needed for security, compatibility, or product improvement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rymlo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.
