Privacy Policy

Rymlo is designed for private, local task management on iPhone. The app does not require a Rymlo account, cloud sync, or a Rymlo task server.

Local SQLite storage

Your tasks, completion history, task order, app preferences, review state, and local trial or unlock status are stored in a SQLite database inside Rymlo on your iPhone. The app does not send your task content to a server operated by Rymlo.

JSON export and import

When you choose Export backup, Rymlo creates a JSON file containing your active and completed tasks and opens the iOS share sheet. You decide where that file is saved or sent. Rymlo does not upload backups automatically.

When you choose Import backup, you select a compatible Rymlo JSON file. After confirmation, import replaces the tasks currently stored in Rymlo. The selected file and any copy saved outside Rymlo are handled by iOS and by any storage or sharing service you choose.

Trial, purchases, and restoration

The free trial, one-time Lifetime Unlock, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple’s App Store services. Apple may process Apple Account, payment, transaction, and receipt information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Rymlo uses the purchase result supplied by StoreKit to determine access and stores the resulting access status locally. Rymlo does not receive your full payment-card details.

Website

This website does not include analytics, advertising, cookies set by Rymlo, or tracking scripts. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser headers, and security logs, to deliver and secure the site under its own policies.

Support email

If you email Rymlo Support, your email address and the information you include are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the private support inbox and used to respond to your request. Do not send task content, backup files, payment details, or passwords unless support specifically asks for information needed to investigate a problem.

Deleting data

You can delete individual tasks in the app. Removing Rymlo from your iPhone removes the app’s local SQLite data according to iOS behavior. JSON backups saved elsewhere and emails already sent to support are separate copies and are not removed when the app is deleted.
