Rymlo keeps task data locally on your iPhone. It does not require an account or internet connection for task management.
Contact Rymlo Support
Email support@rymlo.app for questions, purchase restoration, data loss, bug reports, or accessibility help.
Email supportRestore a purchase
- Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
- In Rymlo, open Settings and select Free trial or Lifetime access.
- Tap Restore purchases while connected to the internet.
If access is not restored, email support with your Rymlo version, iOS version, and the approximate purchase date. Do not send payment information or an Apple Account password.
Data loss and backups
Rymlo does not keep a server copy of your tasks. If you have a JSON backup, open Settings → Data → Import backup. Import replaces the tasks currently stored in Rymlo, so first export any current tasks you want to keep.
If you do not have a backup, email support with your Rymlo version, iOS version, and what happened before the data disappeared. Because tasks stay locally on the iPhone, support cannot retrieve task content from a server.
If an import does not work
- Choose an unedited JSON backup previously exported by Rymlo.
- Check that the file is available on your iPhone and try Import backup again.
- If Rymlo reports that the backup is invalid or unsupported, keep the original file and email support with the exact error message. Do not attach the backup unless support specifically asks for it.
If the app is not responding
- Close and reopen Rymlo.
- Restart your iPhone and install available Rymlo and iOS updates.
- Before deleting or reinstalling the app, export a backup if Rymlo still opens. Deleting the app removes its local task database.
What to include in a support request
Include your Rymlo version, iOS version, iPhone model, steps to reproduce the problem, and the exact error message. A screenshot can help, but make sure it does not show personal tasks.
Protect your private information
Do not email personal tasks, backup files, payment details, or passwords unless support specifically asks for a backup while investigating a problem. Read the Privacy Policy for details about local storage.
